World of Rogues Season 1 players already have experience fishing casually and competitively, so we recommend you start honing your fishing skills.
How to fish in World of Rogues
If you are new to fishing in World of Rogues, then don’t worry, as we have in-game tutorial that will help you understand the mechanics for you to catch something from the lake. To get prepared before going in the game, check our Youtube video tutorial.
You can also find the tutorial in the game - you just need to go to the lake and look for the yellow sign where if you click on it you will get a brief tutorial and even a video as an example.
Competition Prizes
Top 3 winners get USDC prizes:
1st place - 30 USDC
2nd place - 20 USDC
3rd place - 10 USDC
(USDC is on the NEAR blockchain)
The fishing competition will take place on February 10 4pm EST in World of Rogues.

Fishing scores
Each item / fish that you catch earns you a different amount of points, the items and fish have different rarities and chance of being caught. The rarer the item or fish the more points you get rewarded.
The competition runs for 15 minutes and there is a leaderboard where you can keep track of your and other Rogues live score. Once the timer stops everyone will stop getting points for fishing and the winning Rogues will be shown in the leaderboard.
The Rogues are very serious when it comes to fishing competitions so we highly recommend you start practising.
