Exciting news and updates from Rogues Studio
This month Rogues Studio hosted an AMA on their discord ( discord.gg/rogues ) where the team updated the community on what they have been building behind the scenes and why this 2024 is the year of the Rogues.
Meet the new team members
The Rogues Studio team is growing to help push our products to more players and to accelerate the production and quality of our games.
Daga Pajduszewska joins the Rogues as the head of marketing. She has plenty of experience on web 2 marketing and has recently explored the world of web 3. Not only has she been in multiple startups but also rejected a job offer from Apple!
John also joins the Rogues as a game developer. He is working with the team to accelerate the production of new game content like Season 3 of World of Rogues and more exciting things that we will share soon.
Both John and Daga are excited to be part of Rogues Studio, they understand the vision of the studio and also share the passion from the rest of the team to create fun and engaging games that will shape the future of web 3 gaming.
World of Rogues plans
Season 2
The current season of World of Rogues keeps getting more and more exciting every time the Rogues finish a quest. As some players have already noticed new ores and weapons to craft have appeared. This is because some combat is coming to WoR so start collecting ores to prepare yourself for battle!
While you get your weapons ready why not also collect loot boxes?
The loot boxes will contain exclusive items only obtainable through them, the higher the rarity of the loot box the higher the rarity of the items you could get when opened. The is still not an official date for the loot boxes to be opened but we plan to do it around end of April and beginning of May.
We will also be hosting an activity for you to claim a NEAR hat NFT that players will be able to use in-game as a cool accessory for their Rogue avatar. More info coming soon.
Season 3
Very exciting things are coming as for Season 3 of World of Rogues we’ll be creating a whole new game area with game mechanics inspired by super awesome games such as Hades and Binding of Isaac!
Alpha alert: Season 3 of World of Rogues will introduce the repeatable rogue-like procedurally-generated dungeon experience.
Heroes of the Flow updates
The Heroes of the Flow public launch on both Android and iOS is getting closer and closer and with it some cool updates to the game.
Morgan shared that the public version of the game will add more content and mechanics which he said he did not want to share yet to make it a surprise to players.
Full development of Heroes of the Flow will continue very soon.
Morgan’s WAX course
Morgan and Simone (our artist) have been working really hard for the past 2 months on a course for creating a game in the WAX ecosystem. Morgan has also done this course so Rogues Studio can receive funds that will help us continue build our current games and pay the bills.

Anna’s hard work
Anna has also been working very hard behind the scenes.
She interviewed hundreds of marketing experts and vetting each one of them until she found Daga our new marketing lead.
Now she is also interviewing AAA game advisors which include veterans from Disney, Blizzard, EA and EPIC games who have taken a lot of interest on Rogues Studio. (more than 180 have applied).
And that’s not all as Anna is also looking for VC investment to help Rogues Studio grow and develop faster.
The future
This 2024 is looking great for the studio as we have achieved many milestones, some even unexpected like the ones we have shared in previous blog posts. The market sentiment is moving towards gaming and more VCs are looking to invest into web 3 gaming, many are looking for survival crafting games and MMORPGS like what we are building with World of Rogues which puts us well positioned to bring investment and millions of users to enjoy our games.
