1. Game updates and improvements 🎮
Jan - Mar 2024
In our game building events with the community, we brainstormed ideas for the game and shared new developments by the team. On our most recent one, we shared some key game improvements which will be implemented in the next few months:
New UI for the Codex, pre-battle screen and home screen
New App icon
Map to showcase progress and different paths to choose from (concept art below)
Merge minions to level them up
Different trinkets to boost the powers of your minions
As the team is building the game further, even more game mechanics will be added to improve the experience of HotF.

2. App store and Google Play Launch 📱
Mar - Apr 2024
Now, this is big and super exciting! 🔥
We will be officially releasing Heroes of the Flow on both iOS and Android. Both releases will receive substantial mobile marketing efforts, so that new players can find and experience the Heroes of the Flow game. This is how we will grow our audience beyond web3, attract players without any barriers to entry and scale for the long-term.
With our game available and easily playable on mobile, only the sky is the limit!
3. Legendary minions get legendary utility 👑
May - June 2024
Your legendary minion will not only get in-game bonuses. They will also become your pet in our flagship game World of Rogues where they will be able to go in adventures with you and even provide some help.

4. New game mechanics 🎲
July - August 2024
After the initial success of the mobile launch, we will continue the ongoing updates and developments in Heroes of the Flow. Towards the middle of the year, we’ll be releasing new gaming modes and mechanics in the game. This will ensure that we’ll keep our existing players involved, and expand our user base even more!
5. Themed packs and cosmetics 🎴
August - September 2024
We will release at least 2 additional themed packs for Heroes of the Flow and in-game cosmetics such as hats for your minions to use and more accessories so you can go to battle with style.
